Head of Talent Acquisition, up to c£90,000 plus excellent benefits, London, Permanent.

Our client is a successful fast growing international, PE-backed organisation with a strong track record of delivering high-quality excellent products and services to their customers. Due to an exciting period of growth and transformation, they are now seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team.

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will report to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for understanding specific business needs while driving innovative and creative talent acquisition strategies to support continued growth and success. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic and operational capability, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and leading key resourcing projects, including the creation of an Employer Value Proposition (EVP), shaping the DE&I strategy, and driving the employer brand. You will lead all head office recruitment, working closely with HR Business Partners across markets and partnering with senior leaders to define role requirements, scope competencies, and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, optimise recruitment processes, elevate the employer brand, and implement data-led insights to enhance hiring decisions.

You will be a high-energy, proactive recruitment professional with experience of managing senior-level searches across multiple disciplines, including Tech, Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and Operations. You thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments, balancing operational delivery with strategic talent initiatives. With your strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, you have a passion for candidate experience, and a creative, analytical approach to sourcing top talent. Experience with ATS systems, social media recruitment, and direct sourcing strategies is essential, and US hiring experience is highly desirable.
