Job Description
Job title: Early Careers Coordinator Role Summary: Support the organization’s early careers lifecycle by coordinating recruitment, internship, work‑experience, and graduate placement programmes. Collaborate with HR and Recruitment teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and promote opportunities across universities and schools. Expactations: - Deliver timely and effective early careers recruitment and placement activities. - Maintain accurate tracking of all graduate, internship, apprentice and work‑experience records. - Act as a liaison between line managers, students, universities and external training providers. - Ensure compliance with training agreements, assessment plans, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Process early careers programme applications, coordinate responses, and track progress with recruitment software. - Support intern recruitment and programme administration, including assessment centre organisation across the UK. - Manage work‑experience requests: liaise with line managers and students, prepare paperwork, and keep records current. - Organise and attend careers fairs, university visits, and school events to raise awareness of early careers opportunities. - Develop and maintain relationships with university contacts to increase on‑campus outreach. - Oversee enrolment for educational courses (masters, apprenticeships), map timescales, and prepare APC assessment plans. - Maintain the graduate tracker (sandwich students, apprentices, etc.) and ensure data accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate placement rotations with business leaders and administer associated logistics. - Assist the HR Manager with external training arrangements (Carter Jonas Talent Academy, RICS, LionHeart webinars). - Publish and promote RICS support tools such as online forums, mentoring schemes, and face‑to‑face support. Required Skills: - Strong organisational and project‑management abilities; capable of juggling multiple priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; confident with stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in HR/recruitment systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Detail‑oriented, accurate data entry and record‑keeping. - Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Relevant HR or recruitment experience preferred, particularly with early careers programmes, graduate recruitment, or apprenticeships. - Any HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is advantageous.
