**Job title:** Customer Success Intern – IT **Role Summary:** Support clients, prospects, and partners in deploying and using mobile security solutions. Deliver daily assistance, monitor project progress, respond to requests within SLAs, and contribute to continuous service improvement. Gain operational and technical expertise in mobile cybersecurity while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed SLA targets for request handling. - Maintain high client satisfaction and project visibility. - Communicate clearly with stakeholders, both in writing and verbally. - Demonstrate rigorous organization and attention to detail. - Work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Track and document project milestones; participate in client meetings and produce minutes. - Respond to customer inquiries, identify potential issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams. - Support deployment activities and ongoing usage of the mobile security platform. - Monitor service quality metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Basic technical understanding of mobile security and cybersecurity concepts. - Interest in project management and client relationship management. - Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. - Excellent written and oral English communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrolment in a 3rd to 5th year bachelor’s or master’s program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
