Job title: VP, Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation
Role Summary: Executive leader responsible for defining, advancing, and executing an enterprise-wide technology strategy that drives digital innovation, transformation initiatives, and value realization within a FinTech organization. Leads a cross‑functional tiger team and collaborates with business and strategy units to align IT capabilities with corporate objectives.

• Design and maintain a multi‑year transformation roadmap, balancing cloud migration, system modernization, and operational excellence.
• Build a robust KPI framework to track performance, report value, and inform executive decision‑making.
• Cultivate a high‑performing, future‑ready technology organization through talent development and cultural leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and update the organization’s technology strategy and long‑term capability plans.
• Translate business goals into actionable technology deliverables and a phased transformation agenda.
• Partner with enterprise strategy to ensure alignment and secure executive sponsorship.
• Lead annual planning, audit readiness, and compliance functions for IT.
• Spearhead major transformation programs (cloud, digital enablement, core system modernization).
• Identify and incubate emerging capabilities that are not yet fully mature.
• Coordinate with change management to drive enterprise adoption and readiness.
• Adapt sequencing and priorities in response to learning and market shifts.
• Develop KPI and measurement frameworks; collect, analyze, and report technology performance data.
• Produce executive dashboards and communication tools to demonstrate technology impact on business outcomes.
• Mentor and coach a multi‑disciplinary team; establish performance standards, compensation, and career pathways.
• Foster cross‑functional partnerships across technology, business units, and strategy.
Required Skills:
• 15+ years of IT leadership, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record of developing technology and digital strategy.
• Demonstrated success leading large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong program management of complex, multi‑stream projects.
• Executive‑level communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• High learning agility, analytical problem‑solving, and strategic thinking.
• Strong people‑leadership, talent development, and values‑based culture building.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, CISM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
