Vice President, Global Human Resources
**Role Summary**
A strategic HR leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s global people strategy. Provides senior leadership with HR counsel, oversees talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, compliance, and engagement initiatives, and ensures alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements across all regions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Lead global talent acquisition strategy, including executive recruitment, assessment standards, and employer branding.
- Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance improvement plans, and culture audits.
- Design and govern global compensation, benefits, and incentive programs with internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Ensure global labor compliance, employee relations, and legal cooperation across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and track related metrics.
- Manage relationships with external payroll, PEOs, and legal counsel; oversee global payroll and benefits administration.
- Drive workforce planning, headcount governance, and ESG people reporting.
- Maintain HR controls and adherence to Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) standards.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM‑SP, SHRM‑CM, HRCI, SPHR, or equivalent).
