**Job Title:** Executive / Team Assistant – Financial Services **Role Summary:** Provide high‑level executive and operational support to the UK team of a fast‑growing real estate debt investment firm, managing calendars, meetings, travel, communications, and event coordination while contributing to transactional and asset‑management activities. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant in financial services, private equity, or a fast‑paced professional services environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong computer proficiency (intermediate/advanced). - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and energetic with an approachable demeanor. - Ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment and take ownership of tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage diaries and schedule meetings across multiple time zones. - Welcome and support guests; organize in‑person and virtual meetings. - Attend meetings, take notes, circulate minutes, and track action items. - Support internal and external events. - Arrange national and international travel. - Provide operational support (10–15 % workload) to transactional and asset‑management teams. - Process expenses and prepare materials for meetings. - Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and general office management. **Required Skills:** - Calendar & scheduling management. - Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). - Travel planning and logistics. - Expense processing and financial documentation. - Note‑taking, minute preparation, and follow‑up. - Organizational and multi‑tasking abilities. - Initiative, ownership, and proactive problem‑solving. - Strong interpersonal communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No specific education or certification required; relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
