Job Title: Director of Marketing Role Summary: Strategic leader responsible for brand, product, creative, and communications across global markets. Drives brand building, go-to-market strategies, and high‑impact campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences in a fast‑paced tech environment. Expectations: • Lead a large, matrixed marketing team. • Translate senior leadership vision into actionable, measurable plans. • Deliver innovative, scalable marketing solutions that elevate brand perception and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - Own brand strategy and ensure consistent, distinctive presence worldwide. - Direct global product launch and go‑to‑market initiatives. - Oversee an in‑house creative studio for world‑class assets across all channels. - Develop and execute large‑scale campaigns and localised marketing programs. - Manage social media, influencer partnerships, and community engagement. - Convert user, product, and market insights into marketing plans. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, data, growth, and other teams. - Build, coach, and inspire a high‑performing marketing and creative team. Required Skills: • Executive‑level marketing leadership (CMO/Director/VP). • Proven B2C and B2B marketing expertise. • Strong cross‑functional and senior stakeholder communication. • Track record of successful creative campaigns and go‑to‑market strategies. • Talent development and team building. • Ability to craft tailored messaging for diverse audiences. • Creative judgement balanced with pragmatic execution. • Comfort in ambiguous, evolving environments. • Familiarity with AI/ML‑powered product marketing and data‑driven experimentation (bonus). Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., AMA, CMO, Digital Marketing certifications) welcome.
