Job Description
**Job Title** Client Relationship Officer – Internship **Role Summary** Internally support the client services team by handling all incoming client inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring rapid, accurate responses. Coordinate with sales, project, and technical teams to prepare proposals, compile project dossiers, and maintain CRM records. Analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Expectations** - Deliver professional, timely support to both individual and business clients. - Own the end‑to‑end client request process from intake to resolution. - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and advocate for user experience improvements. - Promote the company’s platform benefits and support the commercial team’s proposal generation. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to client calls, emails, chat, and appointment tools (Calendly) and provide solutions or route tickets appropriately. - Clarify client needs and direct them to the correct internal stakeholder. - Assist sales team in generating accurate quotes and “devis” documents. - Build and forward comprehensive dossiers to project teams for implementation. - Keep Salesforce CRM fully updated, ensuring accurate data and adherence to processes. - Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments; manage calendar logistics. - Compile and analyze usage data and client feedback to surface satisfaction trends. - Participate in continuous improvement of service workflows and client communication strategies. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication in French (English preferred). - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and self‑direction. - Comfortable using digital communication tools (Slack, Outlook, Aircall). - Basic proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce (highly desirable). - Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams (consulting, tech, marketing). - Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving capability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current or recent student (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - No formal certifications required; prior exposure to CRM (Salesforce) or customer support is advantageous.
