**Job Title:** Supply Planner
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for end‑to‑end supply planning across short, medium, and long horizons for assigned consumer‑goods brands. Works cross‑functionally with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of supply with business goals, mitigate risks, and maintain optimal inventory levels while supporting new product launches and packaging changes.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver accurate supply plans and S&OP inputs, identifying and addressing stockouts, capacity constraints, and material risks.
- Maintain high service levels and low working capital through balanced inventory and waste reduction.
- Lead site transition and innovation launch projects, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
- Coach team members on transactional planning tasks and drive continuous improvement using planning tools and analytics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own short‑, medium‑, and long‑term supply plans for designated brands.
- Partner with demand planning, procurement, 3P manufacturers, logistics, and commercial functions to align priorities.
- Contribute to S&OP cycles, perform demand‑supply reconciliation, scenario planning, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Optimize inventory across multiple warehouses; manage slow‑moving/obsolete stock and working‑capital targets.
- Lead manufacturing location transitions, phase‑in/phase‑out strategies, and buffer inventory build‑outs.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain Strategy on innovation launches and packaging changes.
- Coordinate with re‑packers for secondary packaging, value‑added services, and promotional displays.
- Coach support staff on master data, reporting, and purchase order execution.
- Utilize Kinaxis (or similar APS) and advanced Excel analytics to enhance planning accuracy and responsiveness.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven supply or end‑to‑end planning experience in consumer goods.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and Excel modelling abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated success balancing inventory, service level, and cost in fast‑changing environments.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams with accountability.
- Self‑starter attitude; adaptable to lean, agile settings.
- Proficiency with ERP/APS systems (SAP, Kinaxis, o9, or equivalents).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are a plus but not mandatory.
