We're Hiring: Booking Controls Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert – Belfast (Hybrid)

A leading bank in Belfast is seeking an experienced professional to join their Markets Front Office Risk & Control team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive daily rate of £600 (Inside IR35) for an initial 6-month

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and define front-to-back trade booking and order management flows.
Develop and document detailed business requirements for control enhancements.
Collaborate with Sales/Trading, Technology, Operations, and other functions to implement controls.
Oversee testing and go-live activities for new control implementations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Front to Back asset class product knowledge, at a working level garnered from working directly on the desk on projects or 1LOD function
Strong working knowledge of front to back order management and trade booking flows, specifically around trade booking and/ or order submission
Experience in working on controls related change, working with technology, including writing detailed business requirements and overseeing technology implementation
Subject matter expertise in Markets traded products and related control principles
