**Job Title:** Sales Team Leader Benelux **Role Summary:** Lead a five‑person sales team in the Benelux region, primarily driving growth in Flanders. Own sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and B2B relationship management for building automation, smart home, shading, and automation solutions. **Expectations:** - Deliver quarterly revenue and margin targets. - Align team performance with corporate strategy. - Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Head local sales operations: set goals, assign territories, review results. - Forecast sales, manage budgets, analyze profitability. - Build and maintain long‑term relationships with OEMs, installers, distributors, and retail networks. - Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the Benelux. - Coordinate with regional leadership to ensure consistent strategy implementation. - Mentor and coach team members, conduct performance reviews. - Negotiate contracts and terms with key customers and partners. - Represent the company in industry events and client meetings. **Required Skills:** - 10–15 years B2B sales/ business‑development experience in building automation, smart home, shading or related sectors. - Proven sales team leadership and development record. - Strategic vision with the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable plans. - Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Fluent in English and Dutch; French is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
