Job Description
Job title: Senior Implementation Consultant Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end implementation of an AI‑native Employee Experience Platform for enterprise customers. Manage project plans, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth adoption, change management, and user training. Serve as the customer’s advocate, translating business requirements into technical solutions and best‑practice implementations. Expactations: - Deliver on‑time, on‑budget implementations with measurable adoption metrics. - Maintain transparent status reporting and risk mitigation. - Foster strong client relationships to support ongoing growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Own new and growth‑phase customer implementations, developing detailed project plans and managing cross‑functional resources. - Design and execute deployment, change management, and adoption programs tailored to each engagement. - Provide status updates, issue resolution, and risk communication to stakeholders. - Build deep product knowledge and translate customer use cases into platform configuration. - Lead initial adoption, training, and best‑practice workshops to build a sustainable foundation. - Troubleshoot and triage issues during implementation phases. - Collaborate with Sales to scope work, estimate costs, and author Statements of Work. - Partner with Customer Success Managers to map platform into clients’ core architecture and identify upsell opportunities. - Channel customer feedback to product teams to enhance platform capabilities. Required Skills: - 5+ years of client‑facing consulting or implementation experience. - Proven track record with enterprise‑scale SaaS deployments. - Strong project management skills (schedule, scope, risk, communication). - Deep understanding of business application deployment cycles. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities. - Passion for cloud technologies; familiarity with AI‑powered communication tools a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
