Job title: Sales Manager France Role Summary: Lead sales operations and team in France, promoting and selling Fenix Group's non‑invasive aesthetic capital equipment across medical and beauty clinics, building client relationships, and expanding market presence. Expactations: Deliver revenue targets, grow national accounts, manage a 4‑5 member sales team, maintain high client satisfaction, and report on sales status to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Drive brand development and sales of Fenix aesthetic products. - Identify, prospect, and close new business with medical clinics, aesthetic centers, and beauty salons. - Build and sustain relationships with key decision‑makers. - Monitor and enhance after‑sales performance for client retention. - Conduct monthly status meetings with internal teams. - Resolve client queries and coordinate meetings with stakeholders. - Lead team to meet sales goals and provide superior customer service. Required Skills: - B2B sales experience in the aesthetics industry (≥3 years). - Proven ability to grow national accounts. - Strong prospecting, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. - Team leadership and energizing capability. - Fluency in English and French; French citizenship required. - CRM proficiency (Hotspot, Pipedrive, or similar). - Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and excellent communication abilities.
