**Job title** Head of Marketing **Role Summary** Senior global marketing leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives measurable growth and customer engagement across all regions for a B2B organization in the semiconductor or complex industrial machinery sector. **Expectations** - Deliver tangible revenue growth and market share expansion. - Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing global marketing team. - Influence senior leadership and board members on strategic direction. - Maintain readiness for frequent international travel. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and inspire a worldwide marketing team to achieve performance targets. - Own and refine marketing strategy across all geographies, enhancing positioning and driving customer‑centric transformation. - Translate market, customer, and competitive intelligence into actionable plans, value propositions, and differentiation strategies. - Develop and execute pricing strategy, digital marketing, SEO, paid media, campaign performance measurement, and lead‑generation initiatives. - Oversee e‑commerce development as a core growth lever. - Partner with senior leaders and key customers to shape global marketing priorities and product roadmap alignment. - Report results and insights to board members and executive stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B marketing leadership in complex global environments. - Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a comparable industrial machinery sector. - Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities. - Ability to create and communicate strategy, influence diverse stakeholders, and lead cross‑functional teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence presenting at board level. - Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Marketing Professional, Digital Marketing, or data analytics) are a plus.
