We’re partnering with a leading, global B2B organisation to recruit a Head of Marketing which will be a pivotal role and responsible for shaping strategy, driving growth, and transforming how the business engages customers worldwide.

If you’re a commercially sharp, data-driven marketing leader who loves building high-performing teams and influencing at the highest level, this is a standout opportunity!

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and inspire a global marketing team to deliver measurable growth.
Own the marketing strategy across all regions—strengthening positioning and accelerating customer-centric transformation.
Turn market and customer insight into actionable plans, value propositions, and competitive advantage.
Drive pricing strategy, digital marketing, SEO, campaign performance, and lead generation.
Oversee eCommerce development as a core growth lever.
Collaborate with senior leaders and strategic customers to shape global direction.

What we’re looking for:

Senior B2B marketing leadership experience in complex global environments.
Experience within the semiconductor manufacturing industry, or a similar, complex industrial machinery sector.
Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills.
Proven ability to create strategy, influence stakeholders, and lead expert teams.
Excellent communication skills and confidence at board level.
Willingness to travel internationally.
