Job title: Director of Marketing (B2B)
Role Summary: Lead the full-scale B2B demand generation engine, delivering predictable, high‑intent sales pipeline growth. Own paid acquisition, creative strategy, full funnel performance, lifecycle marketing, organic distribution, P&L, and cross‑functional team leadership. Drive data‑driven decisions, rapid testing, and scalable systems to convert qualified leads into booked calls and closed deals.
Expactations: Deliver measurable pipeline expansion, maintain rigorous cost‑per‑lead and CAC targets, optimize media spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and set a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end paid media campaigns, budgeting $500K–$3M+ monthly, with forecasting models and CPL/ CAC optimization.
- Build and lead creative strategy, overseeing messaging, scripts, briefs, and rapid iteration testing.
- Own full funnel from click to booked call, including landing page design, CRO, retargeting, and lead quality improvement.
- Architect and execute email and SMS lifecycle programs, with automated nurture flows and segmentation.
- Develop and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, X, etc., leveraging internal experts and cross‑channel amplification.
- Hire, develop, and manage multidisciplinary marketing team, implementing SOPs, operating rhythms, and weekly growth sprints.
- Align closely with Sales to assure pipeline quality, velocity, and win rates; report on metrics and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Own marketing P&L, performance roadmap, and cross‑channel budget allocation.
Required Skills:
- 5–10+ years in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation.
- Proven budget management of $500K–$3M+ monthly across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn.
- Advanced direct‑response copywriting and creative critique.
- Full‑funnel architecture expertise: paid media, landing pages, CRO, retargeting, lifecycle email/SMS.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in attribution platforms, analytics tools, and forecast modeling.
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments.
- Preference for B2B high‑ticket funnel operators, performance agencies, or media‑driven organizations.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Business, or advanced analytics (optional).
