**Job Title**
Product Marketing & Growth Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end mobile product, product marketing, and growth engineering for a sports performance app. Own UX design, feature launches, AI integration, lifecycle metrics, and marketing communications to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. Report directly to the CGO and collaborate with the CEO, CMO, and CTO.
**Expectations**
* 3–5 years in mobile consumer product with proven feature releases that improved activation or retention.
* Hands‑on experience with AI/Computer Vision in mobile or deep knowledge of integration.
* Strong data analytics and experiment mindset using Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4.
* Excellent written and verbal communication to align cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Mobile Product & UX** – Own the mobile roadmap, design low‑friction testing flows, offline sync, error handling, and create verification pipelines (video proof, geotag, sensor logs).
2. **AI & Sensor Integration** – Partner with the CTO to embed on‑device computer‑vision and sensor‑fusion models, define calibration, anti‑cheat heuristics, and publish validation reports.
3. **Growth & Retention** – Define the value loop (Test → Score → Insight → Plan → Retest), ship lifecycle mechanics, run A/B tests on pricing/packaging, and unlock product‑led growth loops.
4. **Product Marketing** – Craft positioning, customer personas, pricing/packaging strategies, sales enablement assets, and orchestrate feature launches, app‑store pages, and partner event kits.
5. **Team Leadership** – Build, lead, and develop a cross‑functional squad (UX designer, mobile engineers, data/AI) and maintain a living decision log, metrics dashboard, and product roadmap.
6. **Stakeholder Management** – Weekly syncs with the CEO, CGO, and CMO; deliver concise written updates and coordinate with sales, marketing, and tech partners.
**Required Skills**
* Mobile product ownership, UX design, end‑to‑end feature delivery.
* AI/Computer Vision integration in mobile (MediaPipe, Core ML, ONNX, vendor SDKs).
* Data analytics, event tracking (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4), experiment design, A/B testing.
* Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional leadership.
* Familiarity with calibration, fairness, and anti‑cheat mechanisms in AI systems.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
* Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM) or AI/ML relevant to mobile platforms are a plus.
