Job Description
Job Title: Social Media Executive (FTC) Role Summary: Lead the UK social media strategy for Tommee Tippee, creating and executing localized content that aligns with global brand objectives, nurtures online communities, and builds brand equity among parenting audiences. Expectations: * Deliver measurable engagement and growth across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit. * Provide actionable insights, analytics, and KPI-driven reporting. * Collaborate with Brand, Shopper Marketing, Global Content, Media, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the UK social media plan, including content calendars, community management, and influencer collaborations. * Manage day‑to‑day responses to organic and paid posts, DMs, and community interactions. * Produce regular performance reports, set short‑ and long‑term objectives, and recommend optimizations. * Coordinate with Media team on content boosting, audience targeting, and budget allocation. * Partner with Influencer/Content managers to deliver community‑centric campaigns. * Share best practices and insights across international social teams. * Identify and leverage trending topics that resonate with parenting audiences. * Support broader business initiatives, process improvements, and administrative tasks. Required Skills: * Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit channels. * Strong written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder engagement across levels. * Project management, prioritisation, and adaptability in a fast‑moving environment. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a data‑driven approach to social strategy. * Proficiency in analytics tools and social media management platforms. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, or related field (preferred). * Certifications in social media strategy, analytics, or digital marketing are advantageous.
