Job Title: Marketing Data Insight Analyst Role Summary: Analyze marketing data to deliver actionable insights, support data modeling, create dashboards, and guide internal stakeholders toward data‑driven decisions in a fast‑moving, agile environment. Expectations: - Clarify and document business data definitions, requirements, and gaps. - Develop and maintain star schema models and support data product delivery with KPI monitoring. - Provide clear, actionable recommendations and insights to internal customers. - Champion data best practices, continually refining the analytics operating model. Key Responsibilities: - Define business data requirements and document use cases. - Build and support star schema data models for marketing analytics. - Extract insights and translate findings into strategic recommendations. - Design and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI). - Collaborate with agile squads, stakeholders, and delivery teams to align on deliverables. - Conduct gap and impact analysis, value assessment, and sizing for data initiatives. Required Skills: - Hands‑on data analysis experience in a commercial setting. - Proficiency with SQL, DAX, and Snowflake. - Strong grasp of relational database design, structures, and principles. - Experience managing internal data product delivery and KPI tracking. - Knowledge of cloud technologies, data development approaches, and tools. - Agile/Scrum or waterfall project management experience. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities. - Prefer experience with Power BI visualizations. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Snowflake SnowPro) are a plus.
