We are an international healthcare company serving over 60 million customers worldwide. With no shareholders, we reinvest profits into providing more and better healthcare for the benefit of current and future customers. We're focussed on our purpose - helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. So, if you're looking to kick start your career and can bring us the skills we're looking for, then then we can help you build your career and you can help us make health happen.
Bupa Group Internal Audit (GIA) is more than just an audit function, we're leaders, innovators and champions of positive change. We're a global team of over 130 dedicated professionals. We're an award winning, high performing and forward-thinking team. We foster a culture of collaboration and connectivity, leveraging our strengths to provide a superior experience for everyone involved in the end-to-end audit journey.
GIA provides outstanding learning and development opportunities, hands-on experience across different businesses and products, that will build the skills to grow and thrive.
Our three-year GIA Graduate Programme is designed to equip you with the fundamental professional and personal skills needed to emerge as an exceptional leader in today's fast-paced world. You'll build your business and auditing skills through a wide range of audit and assurance projects across all of Bupa's diverse businesses. You'll become a key contributor in audit delivery, participate in stakeholder discussions and make key audit decisions that have an impact. Alongside this, you'll be studying for a professional auditing qualification through the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Over the course of the programme, you'll complete several rotations within and across the GIA team which will provide exposure of auditing a wide range of topics and areas across our UK Insurance and Healthcare Provision businesses, as well as Group functions in Bupa's Head Office.
What's more, everything you'll do is underpinned by a comprehensive learning and development programme. You'll develop essential skills such as self-awareness, effective working, communication, team working, influencing and leadership, as well as critical business skills like project management, data analytics, commercial awareness and business acumen. And with support from your line manager, our Early Careers Manager, skills coaches, buddies and peers, you'll be encouraged, and challenged, to discover your true potential.
All of this will help you shape your own career and set you on the path to become a valued business leader. At the end of the three-year programme, your transferrable skills and knowledge will make you well placed to secure your next role within GIA, or across Bupa's businesses, and continue your career journey at Bupa.
