**Job Title**
Technical Analyst
**Role Summary**
Provide end‑to‑end support and development of IT infrastructure, desktop management, and cloud services. Act as liaison between business units, vendors, and MSPs to drive digital transformation and optimize service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee technical support for server, desktop, and mobile environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure stability of system operations.
- Lead cloud migration, digital transformation, and service‑optimization projects.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions, reporting tools, and data‑management systems.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity to manage disaster recovery, vulnerability testing, and incident response.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and architecture designs.
- Manage vendor relationships: performance oversight, issue resolution, contract reviews.
- Drive automation and adoption of emerging technologies to improve processes.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years’ progressive IT experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Mobile Device Management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (cloud platform familiarity).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow service‑management platform.
- Knowledge of IT architecture, Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, and operational technology (OT).
- Strong communication, documentation, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation and ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (equivalent work experience acceptable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is an asset.
- ITIL Certification and/or COBIT Framework certification preferred.
