**Job Title** Customer Success & Growth Specialist – AgTech **Role Summary** Drive customer satisfaction and growth for AgTech solutions by managing accounts, resolving issues, and delivering strategic insights that enhance product adoption and drive revenue. **Expectations** - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. - Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to improve offerings based on customer feedback. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage day‑to‑day account health, monitor usage metrics and support ticket flow. - Troubleshoot product issues, coordinate solutions with technical teams, and ensure timely resolution. - Provide proactive onboarding, training and best‑practice guidance to customers. - Analyze usage data, detect trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to product, engineering, and sales. - Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor on technology adoption. - Draft and present quarterly reports on account performance and growth opportunities. **Required Skills** - Strong customer support and satisfaction background. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport with diverse audiences. - Analytical mindset; proficient with data interpretation, trend spotting, and recommendation generation. - Proficient in digital tools: CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Self‑starter, able to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting. - Adaptability, problem‑solving aptitude, and proactive approach to change. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Agriculture, or related field. - Certifications in Customer Success, CRM usage, or data analytics (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, HubSpot Service Software Certification) are a plus.
