Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Winnipeg, MB, combining on-site and remote work. The Customer Success & Growth (AgTech) specialist will focus on supporting customers, addressing inquiries, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include monitoring customer accounts, assisting with issue resolution, providing guidance on product usage, and analyzing data for improvements and insights. Additional responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities and fostering strong communication with customers to ensure their success with our solutions. Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships
Proven Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and work independently in a hybrid environment
Experience in agricultural technology (AgTech) or a related industry is an asset
Proficiency in digital tools and software relevant to customer management and analytics
