Job title: Growth Marketer Role Summary: Own and execute end‑to‑end growth initiatives for a design‑technology product, working closely with founders to scale brand awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement across digital, content, and partnership channels. Expactations: Deliver measurable growth in brand reach, lead generation, and customer activation; maintain high‑quality visual and written content; collaborate cross‑functionally with product and business development; iterate quickly using data‑driven experiments; champion a user‑centric approach throughout marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement growth strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. • Produce and publish product demos, workflow breakdowns, tutorials, case studies, and visual storytelling assets. • Design and run email nurturing sequences for onboarding, re‑engagement, product updates, and partnership outreach. • Partner with studios, universities, and design firms to drive B2B relationships and joint marketing initiatives. • Create, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms. • Manage PR outreach—press releases, podcast interviews, community collaborations—to build brand credibility. • Engage with user communities, gather feedback, and relay insights directly to the product team. • Collaborate with founders to align growth tactics with overall business objectives. Required Skills: • Proven experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, or go‑to‑market strategy. • Strong visual communication skills, including basic 2D and 3D design. • Expertise in social media content creation and performance analytics. • Ability to design and execute conversion‑focused email and paid media programs. • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities. • Rapid experimentation mindset with data‑backed decision making. • Familiarity with AI and design‑tech trends is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related discipline. • Certifications in digital marketing, growth hacking, or analytics preferred.
