What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Growth and Community Lead to help scale Fenestra from early traction to the next stage of growth.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
It is for someone who wants to be deep in the product, close to users, and directly responsible for growing both our brand and customer base.
You will work closely with the founder and touch every part of growth:
business development, marketing, PR, content, partnerships, and community.
If you are an ex-architect, interior designer, or spatial designer looking to move into tech, or a designer with strong growth instincts, this is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
You will own and execute growth efforts across multiple channels:
Grow Fenestra’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and future platforms
Create and publish content such as product demos, workflow breakdowns, tutorials, case studies and visual posts
Run email campaigns for onboarding, re-engagement, product updates and partnerships
Support business development and partnerships with studios, universities and design firms
Manage and test paid ads across Meta, Google and other platforms
Work on PR outreach including press, podcasts and community collaborations
Engage with users, collect feedback and feed it directly into product development
Help shape and execute the broader marketing and growth strategy
This is a hands-on, high ownership role where you will have real influence over the direction of the company and brand.
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience in growth marketing, growth hacking or community and GTM roles
Background or strong understanding of architecture, interior design or spatial design
Experience creating content across social platforms, especially visual content
Strong understanding of how to grow a product, not just awareness
Basic design skills, 2D and ideally some 3D
Strong writing and communication
Ability to move fast, test ideas, and iterate
Interest in AI, design tech and creative tools
