We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive looking for the next step in their career.

Role Definition

The Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of day-to-day marketing activities across digital and traditional channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this dynamic role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will manage existing campaigns, develop innovative new initiatives, and collaborate across departments to support the company’s growth objectives.

Skills and Experience

2-3 years experience of working in a marketing team.

Strong skills in all things digital.

A keen eye for details and aesthetics.

Creativity and a collaborative energy.

Experience in a regulated industry is desirable.

Summary of role

Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and customer segments. We have seven lines of business that the marketing team collocates with. 
Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
Create and manage high-quality marketing collateral (print, digital, and video).
Oversee social media strategy and community engagement — particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging B2B platforms.
Use analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to monitor and report on campaign performance against KPIs and budgets.
Support annual marketing budget planning and monitor ongoing spend.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis using AI-enabled insights and trend tools.
Support advertising campaigns — including paid search, paid social, and print placements.
Manage internal communications and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Liaise with agencies to deliver creative assets and campaigns, where required. 
Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and revenue goals.
Coordinate company events, webinars, and conferences — including logistics, invitations, and promotional materials.
Some event and meeting travel around the country may be required. 
Assist with presentation design, content layout, and sales enablement materials.
Create and distribute newsletters, bulletins, and email campaigns.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, including FCA Conduct Rules.
