We’re supporting a fast-growing, seed-funded SaaS organisation that is transforming how B2B companies manage collections, payments, and cash flow. Backed by leading European investors and already operating across multiple continents, the business is now scaling its marketing function and seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable demand and revenue impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape growth strategy in a high-performance, early-stage environment while partnering closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams.
The Role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns to increase traffic, improve conversion, and maximise ROI. You’ll own paid media execution, performance analytics, and continuous experimentation to support ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, email, display, and social.
Own multi-channel paid media campaigns – including LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and Google Ads – from ideation to delivery and optimisation.
Conduct audience research and creative testing to improve inbound demand generation.
Optimise landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for revenue growth.
Manage and pace budgets effectively across paid channels.
Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure full funnel alignment.
Build relationships with external vendors and partners.
Stay ahead of performance marketing trends to continuously evolve the strategy.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years’ experience in growth/performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
Experience in early-stage/start-up environments (Seed/Series A highly beneficial).
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, plus any additional platforms (YouTube, Bing, Reddit, Capterra, etc.).
Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and other growth tools.
Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of delivering ROI-focused results.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field.
