The hassle of making phone calls to find a doctor and waiting sometimes some months before getting an appointment is over! Our team helps doctors to get more visibility, decrease no shows, and increase the efficiency of their practice. Our goal is to increase the efficiency and give an easier access to the health care system in Belgium. The company is constantly on boarding new medical practitioners and is therefore looking for incredible sales talents. Sales is at the core of everything we do. **Job Title** Business Development Manager – Flanders **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth for a SaaS digital health platform in the Flanders region by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business. Execute territory sales plans, build a robust pipeline, and manage customer relationships via HubSpot. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategy, training, and market expansion. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Expand market share in Flanders and secure long‑term contracts. - Demonstrate a proactive, entrepreneurial approach in a fast‑paced startup environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement territory sales strategies. - Identify, qualify, and convert prospects through targeted outreach and demonstrations. - Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date sales pipeline and CRM records (HubSpot). - Travel to client sites to support sales initiatives and relationship building. - Contribute to team‑building, strategy sessions, and customer‑care processes. **Required Skills** - 0–2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech. - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. - Self‑starter with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (energetic, ambitious, proactive). - Fluency in Dutch and French (written and spoken). - Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Certifications in sales methodology or SaaS selling are a plus.
