Job Description
Job Title: Senior Facilities Engineer Role Summary Senior Facilities Engineer responsible for evaluating, designing, and optimizing oil and gas production facilities within a technical evaluation team. Supports business development and M&A activities, ensuring projects meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. Provides technical guidance and mentors junior engineers while contributing to the development of CIMS processes and workflows. Expectations - Deliver expert engineering assessments for facility design, development schedules, and cost estimates. - Identify project risks, mitigations, and opportunities, and present findings to expert review and senior management teams. - Contribute to M&A due diligence by reviewing scope, schedule, and cost. - Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in oil & gas and renewables. Key Responsibilities - Evaluate facility designs and development schedules against CIMS and Stage Gate processes. - Provide engineering input on design, development, and optimization of O&G production facilities. - Generate facility parameters for cost estimation and develop detailed cost estimates and schedules. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. - Prepare and deliver technical recommendations to expert review and senior management. - Review and comment on proposed scope, schedule, and cost in M&A due diligence. - Build and refine CIMS processes, workflows, and standards for facility evaluations. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Required Skills - Robust experience in oil and gas facility engineering, with a strong understanding of upstream assets. - Knowledge of offshore engineering, fabrication, and construction industry practices. - Proficiency in process and simulation software and equipment sizing. - Strong analytical skills and effective communication of technical data. - Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related discipline). - Professional membership with a recognised professional body (e.g., Engineering Institute of the UK, API, or equivalent). - Ability to work legally in the UK.

Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Drilling Engineer **Role Summary** Lead drilling engineering for the 2026 Wells P&A campaign, overseeing design, technical integrity, and project execution to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. **Expectations** - Deliver projects within time, cost, and safety boundaries. - Maintain up‑to‑date technical proficiency and safety competence. - Build constructive relationships across engineering, finance, supply chain, and contractor teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide drilling engineering input to well construction, workover, and abandonment projects. - Plan and execute projects in compliance with corporate policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Produce Well Feasibility Notes, Concept Select Reports, Well Design documents, drilling programmes, equipment lists, and consent paperwork. - Prepare time & cost estimates, monitor expenditure, and manage project budgets. - Conduct detailed risk assessments, mitigate identified risks, and maintain risk registers. - Support well operations, including live‑well engineering support. - Collaborate with subsurface, projects, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver projects safely and on schedule. - Compile and submit End‑of‑Well Reports and capture lessons learned/lessons from nontimely perform events. - Evaluate tenders, act as Technical Sponsor for selected contracts, and manage contractor performance against KPIs and scorecards. - Conduct offshore visits to strengthen onshore‑offshore collaboration, participate in safety audits, and promote an Incident‑Free Workplace. - Support Incident Management Team (IMT) during rig‑related incidents and fulfill emergency response duties. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of well engineering/operations experience, including jack‑up operations. - Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills. - Commercial awareness and ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency with COMPASS, WELLPLAN, and StressCheck software. - Demonstrated HSE commitment and a proactive safety attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or science. - Level 4 IWCF or WELLCAP certification. - Offshore medical, survival, and MIST certifications. - Right to work in the UK. ---
