Delectus Partners was founded in May 2015 by Rob Alldritt, an experienced consultant with industry experience, having spent six years working for JPMorgan followed by eight years in Financial Services agency recruitment. In March 2016, Rob was joined by Dev Majithia. Rob and Dev worked with each other at Austin Benn between 2009-13. Dev has twenty-five years’ recruitment experience and seven years’ working within the financial markets including working at Barclays and Royal Bank of Canada. Delectus Partners strives to deliver a high-touch recruitment service suitable for clients who want to partner with an agency that fully understands their business and the market in which they operate. Delectus Partners expertise means they undertake candidate searches that strive to go beyond obvious job/word matching. Delectus Partners approach candidates in the right way. This is imperative for clients as with the growth in electronic communication potential candidates are being regularly approached with career opportunities.
