What You'll Build

Lead & Scale: Build and manage a growing marketing team while establishing scalable processes and systems
Own All Channels: Drive demand generation, ABM campaigns, content marketing, digital strategy, events, and sales enablement
Differentiate: Develop campaigns that position our client as the leader in embedded talent solutions
Drive Growth: Create data-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth
Build Infrastructure: Establish marketing operations, analytics systems, and processes that scale with business growth
Strategic Partnership: Work directly with executive leadership on company strategy and quarterly objectives

Your Growth Path

Months 1-6: Establish marketing foundation, understand business model, build team processes

What You Bring

Core Experience:

5-8 years of progressive B2B marketing experience with track record of driving revenue growth
2+ years of team leadership or management experience with hunger to scale further
Proven success in demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing with measurable results
Experience with marketing analytics, budget management, and performance optimisation

Background & Mindset:

Data-driven approach with experience building marketing systems and processes
Experience in SaaS, professional services, or high-growth environments preferred
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environment
Hunger to grow into broader marketing leadership and build something significant

Leadership Qualities:

Experience building and developing marketing teams (3-15 people)
