**Job Title:** Business Analyst II
**Role Summary:** Lead strategic sales and CRM initiatives, manage complex cross‑functional projects, and mentor junior analysts. Drive process improvements and advanced Salesforce workflows to increase sales effectiveness and system utilization.
**Expectations:** Deliver high‑impact solutions with strong quality controls, ensure adoption of new processes, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and provide ongoing training and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for large‑scale projects affecting multiple business units.
- Design and implement advanced workflows, process improvements, and automation in Salesforce and related CRM platforms.
- Serve as primary liaison among business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to align objectives and technical solutions.
- Mentor and train junior analysts and end users on best practices, system capabilities, and process enhancements.
- Manage support queues for complex system changes, prioritize work impacts, and resolve escalated issues.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, coordinate UAT, and ensure quality assurance for new features and upgrades.
- Analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions for efficiency.
- Lead change‑management efforts, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Track, report, and manage project deliverables, milestones, risks, and outcomes to IT leadership.
- Author and maintain detailed documentation (requirements, system specs, process flows, training materials).
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and stakeholders to resolve complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
- Represent IT in cross‑functional meetings, steering committees, and strategic planning sessions.

- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA) is desirable.
