Job Description
Job Title: Mission‑Driven Sales Consultant (Commission‑Based) Role Summary: Independent B2B sales professional responsible for acquiring European SMEs, IT firms and service providers that require remote data, AI and cloud talent sourced from African developers. Works collaboratively with the founding team to deliver clear pitches, negotiate agreements and close contracts, earning income exclusively through commissions. Expectations: - Generate new client relationships and maintain a robust pipeline. - Achieve defined sales targets and revenue goals. - Leverage existing network or develop fresh contacts with decision‑makers in IT, HR, operations, and tech leadership. - Actively contribute to refining the sales process and strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect organizations seeking remote tech talent. - Qualify leads, assess detailed client needs, and prioritize opportunities. - Present the company’s talent‑sourcing solution with clarity and conviction. - Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and secure closures with support from the core team. - Provide feedback on client requirements and process improvements. - Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and deal progress. Required Skills: - Proven B2B sales experience in staffing, consulting or technology services. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in Dutch, French, or English (multilingual proficiency preferred). - Strong ability to engage and influence senior decision‑makers. - Mission‑driven mindset with passion for diversity, sustainability or social entrepreneurship. - Familiarity with data engineering, AI, cloud technologies or a strong willingness to learn. - Self‑directed, results‑oriented, and comfortable with a commission‑based compensation model.
