Role Description

We’re looking for a Freelance Business Developper who shares our mission and wants to contribute to real impact through entrepreneurship. You’ll play a key role in generating new client relationships, focusing on European SMEs, IT companies, and service providers in need of remote tech talent.

You won’t be alone: you’ll work closely with the founding team, who will actively support you with a clear sales strategy, pitch materials, marketing content, and technical input. Your focus will be on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

This is a commission-based role — ideal for someone who already has experience, a relevant network, or an existing client base and is looking to complement their activities with a meaningful, results-driven collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients that need remote tech talent
Qualify leads and understand client needs in detail
Present the plusoperator offering with clarity and conviction
Negotiate terms and close deals with support from the core team
Provide feedback to improve our sales process and strategy

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, consulting, or tech services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — Dutch, French or English (or a mix)
You already work with or have access to relevant decision-makers (IT, HR, operations, tech leadership)
You’re mission-driven and passionate about diversity, sustainability, or social entrepreneurship
Familiarity with data engineering, AI, or cloud technologies, or a strong interest in learning about the latest trends in the data and tech sector

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with high earnings potential for the right candidate. Commission rates are attractive and negotiable depending on experience and engagement level. Equity options can be discussed for candidates with long-term ambition and strategic value.
