Job Description
**Job Title** Growth & Operations Intern **Role Summary** Support the founding team in market benchmarking, opportunity sourcing, and operational excellence. Translate research into actionable insights, manage compliance documentation, and streamline repeat processes for startups in Morocco and Africa. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, decision‑ready briefs from research and competitor data. - Maintain timely, compliant submission packets and pipelines. - Standardize templates and SOPs to improve workflow efficiency. - Produce weekly reports on benchmarks, opportunities, and operational KPIs. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. **Key Responsibilities** - Build & update competitor comparison matrices (pricing, features, GTM tactics). - Monitor ecosystem trends (incubators, accelerators, corporate initiatives) and distill insights. - Map and prioritize external partnership and support avenues. - Prepare company profiles, capability statements, forms, and supporting docs for compliance. - Manage a simple pipeline tracking status, deadlines, and requirements. - Standardize reusable templates (one‑pages, decks, checklists, cover letters). - Draft light SOPs for repeat tasks, identify bottlenecks, propose tweaks. - Assist vendor onboarding, basic procurement reviews, and record‑keeping. - Generate weekly reports and recommend next steps. **Required Skills** - Strong desk‑research and analytical capabilities. - Excellent organization, deadline discipline, and proficiency with checklists/trackers. - Clear written communication and formatting skills. - Comfortable with Microsoft 365, especially Excel (lookups, pivots) and PowerPoint. - Bilingual: English and French. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management/Operations, or Public Policy. ---
