Fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Management/Operations, Public Policy
About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, structured intern to help us compare our offering to the market, surface high-potential external opportunities, and keep the wheels turning on day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the founding team, translating research into action and supporting light compliance and documentation workflows when opportunities arise with public institutions and ecosystem partners.
What you’ll do
Benchmarking & research
Build and maintain comparison matrices on competitors, pricing, features, and go-to-market tactics in Morocco and Africa.
Track ecosystem trends (incubators, accelerators, innovation hubs, corporate initiatives) and distill insights into concise briefs.
Opportunity sourcing & preparation
Map relevant external avenues for startup support and partnership, prioritizing by fit and timelines.
Prepare tidy, compliant packets: company profiles, capability statements, forms, and supporting docs; coordinate internal inputs and approvals.
Maintain a simple pipeline (status, deadlines, requirements) and nudge stakeholders to keep submissions on track.
Operations support
Standardize reusable templates (one-pagers, slide decks, checklists, cover letters).
Own light process documentation (SOPs) for repeat tasks; identify bottlenecks and propose practical tweaks.
Assist with vendor onboarding, basic procurement comparisons, and record-keeping.
Reporting
Produce weekly reports on benchmarks, open opportunities, and operational KPIs.
Summarize key learnings and recommend next steps.
You’re a great fit if you have
Working toward a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management/Operations, or Public Policy.
Strong desk-research chops and the ability to turn scattered information into clear, decision-ready summaries.
Excellent organization and deadline discipline; you enjoy checklists, trackers, and tidy folders.
Confident writing and formatting skills.
Comfortable with spreadsheets (lookups, pivots) and presentation building.
Confortable with the Microsoft 365 suite
Good communications skills in English and French.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Moroccan business procedures (company docs, attestations, ICE).
Exposure to compliance-style submissions or formal application packages.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and task trackers (Kanban boards, GANTT charts...).
What you’ll gain
Hands-on exposure to how a startup evaluates markets, prepares opportunity files, and operationalizes processes.
Mentorship from founders; clear feedback loops and portfolio-worthy deliverables.
A chance to convert to a longer-term role based on performance.
Practical details
Stipend: Paid internship, plus performance bonus on completed milestones.
Start date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate).
Work setup: Hybrid; periodic on-site days for documentation and coordination.
