Job Description: **Job title** Customer Account Manager **Role summary** Act as the primary liaison between the company’s production and customer service functions. Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, ensure seamless order processing, production planning, and optimal customer experience for the professional PVC windows and doors portfolio. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate order entry, scheduling, and production planning. - Foster clear communication with customers, sales, and internal teams. - Resolve pricing disputes and handle credit requests in accordance with policy. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service process. **Key responsibilities** - Record and schedule customer orders, coordinating with production availability and delivery windows. - Develop and distribute weekly plant workload schedules. - Process accessory and supplementary sales requests. - Coordinate short‑cycle orders across departments. - Provide product, lead‑time, and promotion information to clients. - Analyze and resolve price disputes and credit issue requests. - Contribute to action plans for service optimisation and quality improvement. **Required skills** - Ability to prioritise tasks and communicate clearly. - Strong organisational and meticulous approach. - Excellent interpersonal and client‑facing abilities, both in person and over the phone. - Dynamic, responsive, self‑directed, and proactive while maintaining alignment with management. - Team‑player ethos. - Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite. **Required education & certifications** - Minimum of a secondary qualification or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
