Job Description
Job title: Catalyst Program Manager Role Summary: Owns and executes the Catalyst Program, selecting, supporting, and scaling social innovators in climate transition and social impact. Drives program design, capacity-building, fundraising, tools development, community engagement, and impact measurement to deliver sustainable growth and investment readiness. Expactations: Deliver a cohort of high‑potential NGOs/impact start‑ups that meet Egregor’s mission; increase their operational effectiveness, financial sustainability, and scaling potential; build robust support systems, stakeholder networks, and evidence‑based learning tools; achieve targeted KPI milestones and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end‑to‑end selection of innovators through structured assessments and capacity roadmaps. - Provide day‑to‑day operational support, field visits, progress monitoring, peer‑learning facilitation, and storytelling. - Coordinate fundraising across philanthropic, blended‑finance, and private pathways; manage internal allocation and support financial model refinement. - Design, implement, and maintain tools and systems that enhance program delivery and client integration. - Grow the Egregor Community by identifying expertise, securing partners, and mobilizing external consultants. - Oversee KPI tracking, data collection, learning material production, and impact reporting. Required Skills: - Strategic planning, organizational development, fundraising, and change management experience (≥5 years). - Project and program management competence with proven delivery in impact ecosystems. - Analytical, research, and financial analysis skills including budgeting and investment‑readiness metrics. - Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder‑management, and facilitation abilities. - Flexibility and adaptability in fast‑moving environments. - Fluency in English; French desirable. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, Development, or related field (advanced degree preferred). - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (valued).
