Job Description
Job Title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Provide continuous support and value-driven guidance for developers and enterprise users of an API‑centric blockchain platform, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long‑term partnership. Act as the primary customer advocate while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and elevate product usage. Expectations: - Deliver a positive, proactive customer experience from first contact through renewal. - Drive measurable growth in platform usage, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction scores. - Independently manage a portfolio of accounts, addressing technical and operational inquiries within agreed SLAs. - Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and contribute to revenue attainment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, fostering strong relationships and trust. 2. Lead new‑user onboarding, ensuring developers integrate APIs quickly and confidently. 3. Monitor usage analytics, identify behavior patterns, and intervene to troubleshoot or provide guidance at critical moments. 4. Partner with engineering and product teams to diagnose complex issues, triage bugs, and relay customer feedback for roadmap prioritization. 5. Collect and analyze customer insights, creating actionable recommendations for product and process improvements. 6. Build success plans for enterprise accounts, tracking milestones and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 7. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in CRM; document interactions, solutions, and escalation paths. Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client‑facing roles. - Prior experience supporting API‑driven, developer‑focused products. - Solid understanding of blockchain and Web3 concepts, with ability to discuss technical matters. - Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and stakeholder coordination. - Self‑motivated, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a dynamic startup environment. - Proficiency with CRM systems, project‑management tools, and customer‑engagement platforms. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications required, though technical or product‑management credentials are a plus. ---
