We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who loves helping people, enjoys solving problems, and isn't afraid to get a bit technical. If you get excited about supporting developers, scaling cool blockchain projects, and working with a friendly international team — you'll fit right in!

Responsibilities

What you'll do

Be the go-to partner for your customers — from first call to long-term success.
Help to grow a portfolio and guide new users through onboarding and help them get the most out of Tatum.
Keep an eye on product usage and step in when someone needs help or a nudge.
Work closely with our tech teams to figure out solutions to tricky problems.
Suggest improvements and share customer insights (we love feedback!).
Look for opportunities to help customers grow with Tatum.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role.
Experience working with API-based or developer-focused technologies.
General understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 environments.
Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamically changing startup environment.
Proficient in using CRM, project management, and customer engagement tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in blockchain, fintech, or cloud infrastructure industries.
Technical background or familiarity with reading technical documentation.
Experience with enterprise customer accounts and long-term success planning.
