**Job Title:** Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, permitting, stakeholder communication, and quality control across multidisciplinary teams.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects efficiently from initiation through closeout.
- Maintain proactive problem‑solving and adaptability to project scope changes.
- Serve as the primary client‑facing representative, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct program analysis, prepare pro‑forma estimates, and assess site feasibility.
- Manage bid processes for design‑build and design‑bid‑build projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate permitting, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and governmental agencies.
- Monitor and control budgets, schedules, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Implement quality control procedures and manage approval workflows.
- Review and manage change orders, ensuring contractual compliance and fair market value.
- Produce client reports, stakeholder updates, and post‑construction handover documents.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Leadership, organizational, and detail‑oriented approach with problem‑solving capability.
- Ability to work on‑site, hybrid, or remotely.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Relevant state or local construction licensing (if applicable).
