Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Solution Delivery Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end implementation and adoption of a cloud‑based construction analytics platform. Combine full‑stack development, data engineering, system integration, and customer enablement to deliver measurable business value to enterprise clients. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS, IoT, or data‑driven environments as a Full‑Stack Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Technical Consultant. - Proven customer‑facing delivery record, able to translate technical solutions into business outcomes. - Willingness to travel within North America to support key engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Solution Adoption & Configuration** – Deploy and customize platform features so customers can use them immediately. - **Full‑Stack Development** – Build and extend front‑end, back‑end, and cloud components to scale rollouts. - **Integrations & Data Pipelines** – Design and implement APIs, webhook flows, and data exchanges with ERP, CRM, and fleet‑management systems. - **Applied Data Engineering** – Develop data models, ETL processes, and analytics workflows using Spark, Python, SQL, and data‑science concepts. - **Customer Enablement** – Lead workshops, training, and coaching to embed platform usage into client workflows. - **Project Ownership** – Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional collaboration between internal engineering and client stakeholders. - **Continuous Improvement** – Gather feedback, track usage metrics, and inform product roadmap enhancements. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Node or equivalent). - Experience with GraphQL, REST, and webhook integration. - Strong command of data‑engineering principles, including data pipelines, data modeling, and basic machine‑learning workflows. - Familiarity with Spark, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Self‑motivated, problem‑solving mindset in industrial contexts. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience). ---
