Job Description

Job Title: Roof Solutions Specialist Role Summary Conduct detailed commercial roof assessments, including moisture surveys, system evaluations, drone and thermal/IR inspections. Translate findings into actionable reports and recommendations while partnering with sales and estimating to support client decisions. Expectations - Minimum 3–5 years commercial roofing or related inspection experience. - Strong technical understanding of roof systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams. - Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather. - Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record. Key Responsibilities 1. Perform professional roof assessments, moisture surveys, and building envelope evaluations. 2. Execute drone and thermal/IR inspections (training provided). 3. Document site findings with photos, notes, measurements, and roof assembly details. 4. Convert field results into accurate technical reports and recommendations. 5. Collaborate with Sales & Estimating during client meetings and proposal reviews. 6. Assist in leak diagnosis and warranty investigations as needed. Required Skills - Commercial roofing inspection expertise. - Proficiency with drone operation and thermal imaging (preferred). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Clear, client‑focused communication. - Attention to safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Required Education & Certifications - Infrared Thermographer certification (preferred). - FAA Part 107 drone license (preferred). - RRO/RRC/RRA or manufacturer credential (preferred). - Valid PA driver’s license and clean driving record.
