Job Description
Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Role Summary: Drive growth of a security software company in France by building, activating, and managing a high‑potential partner ecosystem (integrators, resellers, specialty communities). Expectations: Achieve sales targets and expand market share through collaborative partner go‑to‑market initiatives, ensuring partner satisfaction and performance. Key Responsibilities - Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners in France. - Activate and support partner enablement with content, training, and resources. - Co‑create joint go‑to‑market plans, packaged offers, sales campaigns, and marketing activities. - Track partner performance (engagement, pipeline, revenue) using CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and manage KPI dashboards. - Ensure execution of partnership agreements and report results to senior management. - Liaise with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, product, engineering, support) to align on objectives. - Maintain 360° relationships with partners and drive retention. Required Skills - Proven channel sales experience (minimum 5 years) in an international environment. - Strong knowledge of IT/ICT and cybersecurity markets, including digital identity concerns. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills. - Autonomous, results‑oriented, and able to manage stress. - Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Required Education & Certifications - Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Relevant certifications in channel management or cybersecurity (e.g., Certified Channel Lead, CISSP, CCSP) are a plus.
