**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Lead business development and account management for key industrial clients in the mobile elevated work platform sector, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty through strategic consulting, solution selling, and partnership cultivation. **Expectations:** - Own and manage a portfolio of high‑value accounts, achieving sales targets and profitability. - Proactively seek and secure upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. - Maintain 50–75 % travel readiness to attend client sites and industry events. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and sustain trust‑based relationships with decision makers in construction, fleet, and industrial markets. - Conduct client needs analyses to recommend MEWP solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and operational efficiency. - Develop and execute account plans, identifying upsell avenues for equipment, services, and training. - Lead contract negotiations for sales, rentals, and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. - Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues swiftly, and supervise service quality. - Coordinate with operations, service, marketing, and product specialists for seamless delivery. - Track key account metrics, produce performance reports, and recommend growth actions. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of managing high‑value equipment or OEM accounts. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building influence with senior stakeholders. - Analytical capability to uncover customer needs and commercial opportunities. - Strategic thinking and experience designing effective account plans. - Negotiation proficiency to secure favorable contract terms. - In‑depth knowledge of the MEWP industry and competitive landscape. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales or related field (or equivalent experience). ---
