Job Description
Job title: Marketing Lead Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that promote innovation programmes and partner projects. Create compelling B2B and B2C content, manage brand representation, and drive audience engagement through data‑driven campaigns and emerging marketing tools. Expectations: - BSc or MSc in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communications roles. - In‑depth knowledge of the digital technology landscape. - Proven track record in creating brand‑aligned content for both B2B and B2C audiences. - Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional EU language is desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Produce and curate compelling digital content (written, visual, video) that communicates project value and opportunities. - Use data analytics to monitor, adapt, and optimise campaign performance against key KPIs (CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rates). - Ensure timely project delivery and operational excellence across marketing initiatives. - Test, evaluate, and deploy innovative marketing strategies, keeping the organisation at the forefront of evolving technologies. - Repurpose insights and data into engaging stories and visuals for multiple stakeholder channels. - Manage social media presence using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Oktopost. - Coordinate dissemination materials for EU projects and comply with related reporting requirements. Required Skills: - Content creation and storytelling for B2B/B2C contexts. - Graphic design proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. - Social media management and scheduling tools. - Marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics). - KPI definition, tracking, and reporting. - Customer segmentation and audience targeting. - Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing actions. Required Education & Certifications: - BSc or MSc degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). - No mandatory certifications, but expertise in relevant marketing and analytics tools is required.
