Full‑Stack Developer – Innovation
**Role Summary**
Accelerate innovation by building prototypes and MVPs around emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud). Engage in rapid experimentation, technical scouting, and collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to transform ideas into functional solutions that can be scaled or handed over to production teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality POCs and MVPs within ultra‑short agile cycles.
- Own technical architecture, documentation, and data integration for experiments.
- Drive active technology scouting, especially in AI, and disseminate findings internally.
- Partner closely with Innovation leadership, product, and external experts for experimentation and user testing.
- Transition successful prototypes to operational teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and deploy short‑cycle POCs/MVPs using appropriate languages, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, React, AWS services, n8n, Codex).
- Architect technical solutions, gather necessary data, and estimate effort covering development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct ongoing technology monitoring, identify high‑potential tools, and share insights via demos, talks, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Innovation Directors, Product Managers, and stakeholders to translate opportunities into prototypes.
- Coordinate user experimentation with internal users or clients; iterate based on feedback.
- Facilitate hand‑off of proven prototypes to production teams or external partners.
**Required Skills**
- Mastery of full‑stack development (Python, Go, Node.js, React).
- Solid knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS).
- Experience with data, AI, and automation (LLMs, intelligent agents).
- Agile methodology and Lean Startup prototyping mindset.
- Rapid build‑test‑learn culture; comfortable with uncertainty, pivoting, and iteration.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or AI/ML best practices are a plus.
