Job Title: Conversational AI Designer
Role Summary: Design and implement human‑centric voice and digital AI agents on low‑code/no‑code platforms (Cognigy.ai, Kore.ai). Translate business goals into dialog flows, prompts, and system logic to deliver consistent, context‑aware experiences across channels.
Expectations: Contract‑based, remote/hybrid for a Europe‑based designer. Deliver high‑quality, safe conversational solutions that meet usability and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and maintain conversational flows for voice and digital agents.
- Translate business requirements into intents, entities, and dialog logic for low‑code platforms.
- Design and refine system prompts, few‑shot examples, and context handling for LLM‑based agents.
- Implement routing, memory, and state management to ensure consistency across sessions.
- Create test cases, perform conversational QA, and fix defects directly in the platform.
- Monitor analytics and transcripts to identify friction points and improve CSAT, handle time, and containment.
- Prototype new AI features, validate with stakeholders, and transition successful prototypes to production.
- Participate in client workshops, stand‑ups, and live demonstrations of flow changes.
Required Skills:
- Conversational design and dialog scripting.
- Prompt and context engineering for LLM‑based agents.
- Strong knowledge of NLP concepts and conversational AI tooling.
- Proficiency with Cognigy.ai, Kore.ai, or similar low‑code/no‑code platforms.
- Ability to manage context, memory, and routing logic.
- Analytical skills for performance monitoring and iterative improvement.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and user‑centric design focus.
- Experience in AI‑driven customer service, chatbot design, or related areas.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certifications in conversational AI or NLP (e.g., Cognigy.ai, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or equivalent) preferred.
