Job Description
**Job Title:** Internal Sales Engineer **Role Summary:** Provide first‑class customer support and sales enablement within the internal sales division. Handle customer enquiries, generate competitive quotations, process orders, and coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery. Serve as the technical and commercial liaison between customers, the sales team, and manufacturing partners. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate and timely quotations that meet customer requirements. - Process sales orders and maintain meticulous records. - Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain a high level of service quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to inbound customer enquiries and provide tailored quotations. - Process and record sales orders, ensuring data integrity. - Liaise with operations and logistics to confirm order fulfillment schedules. - Route qualified opportunities to external sales representatives. - Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently. - Communicate product information and benefits to customers. - Build and sustain relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. - Effective problem‑solving and complaint resolution. - Proficiency with IT tools (CRM, spreadsheet, email). - Proactive, customer‑centric mindset. - Team‑player with professionalism under pressure. - Prior experience in customer service or sales, including quotation and order processing. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent. - Technical knowledge of valves or instrumentation preferred; additional training provided. - No specific certifications required, though sales or customer‑service certifications are a plus.
