About the Company

We’re here to share the joy of delicious, health[ier], Asian-inspired food with as many people as possible. After 10 years of running restaurants, we realised the best way to do that was to get our food into shops & supermarkets as well. With that in mind, itsu [grocery] started in 2011 with the launch of our crispy seaweed’thins. Since then we’ve grown fast; from rice’noodle pots & frozen gyoza, to chilled brilliant’broths & ramen noodles [plus a lot more along the way]. Now you’ll find itsu in fridges, freezers and on the shelves across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
